The training was divided into two session: The first session was rack safety awareness training, In this session Chris goes through the importance of rack safety, how to identify damage on racks and how to do the inspection service. After a short break we continue with the second session which was on the spot inspection, in this session Chris brought us around the warehouse and teaches us how to identify damages by using the given tools. The result of the training was more than satisfying, warehouse operators are further equipped with safety awareness. And what’s important is how they can work in a better safety environment with the knowledge passed on.
